Q: Do all psychics, mediums, clairvoyants, tarot card readers, and other related professionals provide the same information?
A: Yes and No.
- First the “Yes” part of the answer. All of these psychic professionals should be able to tell you some basic information about you (e.g., personality) and will provide information either by using one or more of “the clairs” (e.g., clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, claircognizance, clairgustence, clairalience, etc.) or by using a divination tool (e.g., tarot cards, runes, pendulum, scrying).
- Regarding the “No” part of the answer, just as there are specialties within many professions, this is a profession in which you will find specialization based upon personal preference.
Following are a few of the specialties you might encounter:
- Animal Communicator – Animal communicators focus their practice on communicating with animals. Retaining an animal communicator can be most helpful when you and/or your vet are unable to determine the reason for an illness; when an animal is displaying unwanted behavior (e.g., aggressive, marking territory); and when making end of life decisions for your animal.
- Medical Health Intuitive – A medical health intuitive will focus on providing you with information about your overall health, including health issues not currently identified by traditional medicine (e.g., a small tumor that may eventually become cancer if left untreated).
- Medium – Mediums focus their practice on communicating with Spirit. We define “Spirit” as any entity not on our earthly plane (e.g., people who have passed, angels, spirit guides).
- Psychic – Psychics connect with your energetic aura to provide you with information about you and provide answers to your questions (e.g., finances, career, relationships).
- Psychic Crime Scene Investigator (CSI) – A Psychic CSI provides very detailed information related to a crime. These professionals work with police and a victim’s family to provide detailed information regarding the events leading up to and after a death to help solve a crime and/or bring a family closure from an unexpected death.
Our training includes two specialties: spirit mediumship and psychic. Although we can communicate with animals and can provide some medical health information, these are not areas of focus for our practice. We do not provide psychic crime scene investigation services.
