Physical health is a manifestation of your energetic health. What initially starts in your aura or energetic field eventually manifests itself in your body. It’s imperative to be constantly vigilant in protecting your energy and not taking on negative or heavy energy. When you consistently protect your energy, it’s like working out. Whether you do it meditatively or through another method of your choosing, allow the negative energy to drain off of you.
Stress and unresolved heavy emotion builds up in your energy field and then filters down and manifests in your body. The way that you protect your energy is to take charge of your emotions. When you feel angry, allow yourself to feel it to completion. Ride the emotion all the way down. Feel that anger and get it through your system, express it and then let it go. But once you decide to let it go, don’t keep going back to it. Truly let it go and then move on from there.
Emotions are signals to get you to pay attention to an emotional trigger. We have emotions to feel something. Humans are supposed to feel. Emotions point things out to you that you need to address. Once you get the emotion through your system, think about what it is that you need to address and work on that. But you need to let the emotion part go, the heavy energy. Because if you’re learning something from the emotion that’s all you need. That’s the whole purpose. The purpose is not to constantly beat yourself up over it. So many times we are unconsciously at the whim of our emotions. Instead of allowing your emotions to be in control, make the conscious effort to take control. By taking control of your emotional health, your emotions can be a tool rather than something that controls your life.
