Remember to pay attention to your attitudes, emotions, and reactions.
These will give you clues to your nature and the direction you need to go. When you are experiencing emotion or reacting to a situation ask yourself, “What was I thinking right before that? What attitude do I have about a person, situation anything that would lead me to that response?”
Once you determine the answer to these questions ask, “Does this attitude serve me to my higher purpose?” If it does not, think or ask guidance for a way that will. Use balancing to get rid of any residual emotional baggage from the lesson and move forward.
As you train your ego with new beliefs and attitudes it will align more closely to your spirit and your life will flow. You won’t experience the inner struggle. You will always encounter new lessons and challenges but you can avoid the trap of circles of frustration caused by the same pattern over and over. Many times humans don’t realize that they can easily move past this situation that seems to occur over and over simply by changing their attitude. This shifts the emotion which then shifts the reaction and creates a new result.
The first step is awareness and willingness for self change. Then you must act. Knowledge is not enough.
Life is the test. Make it fun. It does not have to be difficult.
